While two working shafts maintain high-speed rewinding up to 600 meters per minute, the other two stations simultaneously finish paper core mounting, finished reel discharge and pre-production preparation. This design completely avoids production halt caused by conventional roll swapping.

Combined with automatic cutting function, closed-loop tension management and laser core calibration technology, the whole equipment greatly enhances operational efficiency, lifting comprehensive output by more than 40%.
